When you submit a request we collect your name, contact details, requested dates and any notes you provide. We may also collect vehicle details when you submit a consignment.
How We Use It
Your information is used to confirm availability with our fleet and broker partners, to respond to your request, and to coordinate your booking. Contact details may be shared with the specific partner fulfilling your booking.
Messaging
If you contact us by WhatsApp, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms. We use it only to communicate about your request.
Retention & Security
Requests are stored securely and retained only as long as needed for service and record-keeping. Access is restricted to authorised team members.
