These terms govern your use of the Luxe Lifestyle website and concierge services.
Our Role
Luxe Lifestyle is a luxury automotive concierge and booking coordinator. We source vehicles, chauffeurs and experiences through vetted third-party fleet, broker and service partners.
Requests & Availability
Submitting a request does not create a confirmed booking. All availability, pricing and requirements are confirmed by our team with the fulfilling partner before a booking is finalised.
Pricing
Prices shown are starting rates and are subject to change based on dates, duration, delivery, insurance and partner terms. Taxes, fees and deposits may apply.
Rental Agreements
Vehicle rentals are governed by the rental agreement issued by the fleet partner. You are responsible for meeting their licence, insurance, age, deposit and mileage requirements.
Cancellations
Cancellation and refund terms are set by the fulfilling partner and are communicated before booking confirmation.
